Paul Tilley, Managing Director of TIDEL, is probably the UK's No 1 designer of Tubes / Collars for Rigid-Hull Inflatable Boats. He has been designing and producing inflatable boats for over 25 years and has an outstanding international reputation in the commercial, marine, defence and leisure markets.
In that time projects have included Rafts and RIBs for the Camel Trophy expeditions, 14ft spherical racing marks, collars for MOD boats, a 120mph RIB, collars for normal production boats and collars for luxury yacht tenders. In the specialist marine market, there is no substitute for experience.
TIDEL design, manufacture and fit Tubes / Collars for all shapes and size of inflatable boat across a wide range of hull designs. We supply direct to new inflatable boat builders as well as to boat owners requiring replacement tubes. Our tubes are used widely on work boats, commercial RIBs as well as leisure craft.
Over the years, TIDEL have accumulated a large number of drawings and templates from Tubes and Collars for Inflatable Boats from many manufacturers. These can be used for re-tubing rigid-hull inflatable boats when we don't have the RIB hull at our premises.
Everything manufactured by TIDEL is guaranteed to be made with the needs of the boat owner in mind whether it be a flexible water/storage tank, inflatable fenders to overcome storage problems or a manually operated self righting system for your rigid-hull inflatable boat. All of these can be made to suit individual specifications and budgets.
