RIB Tube Certification

TIDEL use Orca Hypalon Fabrics, produced by Pennel Industries, which have passed Marine Equipment Directive(MED) conformance tests carried out by the Bureau Veritas. The issued test certificate number is SMS.L.I.CE/2017/A.0. We can supply a copy of the "Certificate of Conformity" on request.
Orca 866 heavy duty fabric also conforms to the SOLAS 74 Convention. Copies of this "Certificate of Conformity" are available on request.

We can also supply a pressure test certificate on request. This is equivalent to the requirements of ISO 6185-3. The ISO standard relates to the manufacture of RIB Tubes/Collars and requires that a fully inflated collar loses no more than 20% of its pressure over a 24 hour period.
