Glued On Fitting
Glued on fitting of RIB Collars is the most commonly used method of attaching collars to the RIB hull. This manufacturing method provides a long lasting bond with no gradual wear caused by constant movement between the RIB collar and the hull. Various collar attachment methods are used dependant on the design and manufacture of the hull. See illustrations below:

Mechanical Fitting
Mechanical or Bolt On fitting of RIB Tubes is used where tubes may need to be removed or replaced more frequently. The Design and Manufacture of the RIB Tube allows fitting without glues but, where required, the hull must have the appropriate fixings attached before the rib tube can be attached. Various Tube attachment methods are used dependant on the design and manufacture of the hull. See illustrations below:

Slide On Fitting
Slide On fitting of RIB Tubes is used where tubes may need to be removed or replaced more frequently. The Design and Manufacture of the RIB Tube allows fitting without glues but, where required, the hull must have the appropriate fixings attached before the rib tube can be attached. D Section Fitting
D Section RIB Tubes are supplied where maximum internal beam of the RIB is required. The Design and Manufacture of the RIB Tube allows fitting with glues, bolt on or slide on methods. The design style is popular for luxury tenders and looks very stylish. See illustrations below
